Privacy Policy

What we collect

ARIA collects only the data necessary to operate the platform: the email address and profile details you provide at sign-up, the agents and configurations you create, the documents you upload to your knowledge sources, and the prompts/responses produced by agent runs. Operational telemetry (latency, error rates, token counts) is collected automatically.

Where data is stored

Customer data is stored in PostgreSQL (with row-level security enforcing tenant isolation), pgvector for embeddings, and object storage for uploaded documents. Default residency is the United Arab Emirates region for ARIA-managed deployments. Self-hosted installs may reside anywhere the customer chooses.

Model providers

Prompts and tool outputs are sent to the AI model provider configured for your agent (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or a self-hosted endpoint). Each provider has its own privacy and retention policy; we never sell or share your inputs with any third party beyond the provider you select.

Subprocessors

• Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, hosting infrastructure)
• Supabase (managed Postgres + Auth, when applicable)
• OpenAI, Anthropic (only when explicitly selected as the agent's provider)

Your rights

You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time via the product UI or by emailing privacy@airomob.com. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days; backups roll out within 90 days.
