Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an ARIA account or using any ARIA-hosted service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ARIA to:

• Generate content that violates applicable law or the terms of any model provider.
• Process personal data of individuals in ways that exceed your lawful basis.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse the platform.
• Circumvent the tenant isolation, RBAC, or rate-limit controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of all prompts, knowledge sources, and outputs produced by your agents. Airomob receives only the limited license needed to operate the service on your behalf and to improve reliability/security; we do not train any model on your content.

Service levels

ARIA-managed plans target 99.9% control-plane availability and best-effort runtime availability subject to upstream model provider availability. Enterprise contracts may define different SLOs in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice or for material breach with 14 days' notice (subject to cure). On termination you may export your data within 60 days; thereafter we will delete it unless retention is required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Airomob's liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Indirect, consequential, and punitive damages are excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai courts).
